🏃 THE RACE ROUTE
The race will begin and end near the Souvenir Booth inside the Washington Parish Fairgrounds. You'll get to enjoy a little of Franklinton before making your way back through the fairgrounds for a strong finish!
Here's how the course will flow:
Start: Leave the fairgrounds through the main gate and take an immediate left onto Bene Street.
10th Avenue: Turn right onto 10th Avenue and continue almost its entire length, turning around just before Dobson Street.
East Fairgrounds Road: Head back down 10th Avenue, cross Bene Street, and continue onto East Fairgrounds Road.
Turnaround: Follow East Fairgrounds Road all the way to the end, turn around, and head back toward the fairgrounds.
Back to the Fair: Take a right just before the rodeo arena and follow the course through the fairgrounds.
The Final Stretch: Once you cross the bridge over Mile Branch, it's time to dig deep and give us your best finishing kick all the way to the finish line!
